1. Who we are

Social Fridays Sevilla ("Social Fridays", "we", "us") is a social event organised jointly by We Love Spain Excursions and Sevilla Intercambio (the "Organisers"), based in Seville, Spain. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms.

2. The event

Social Fridays is a hosted social meetup for international and local adults. During the night the group visits three leisure venues in Seville and receives free VIP entry to a discotheque. It is not a guided tour or a pub crawl; venues, timings and the running order may change for operational reasons without notice.

Events take place every Friday from 25 September to 27 November 2026. The meeting point is Café Tarifa, Alameda de Hércules, Seville, at 23:00. Latecomers may not be able to join the group once it has left the meeting point.

3. Tickets and price

• Tickets cost €6 per person, VAT included where applicable.
• A maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased per order.
• Each night is limited to 50 participants. Tickets are sold exclusively in advance and are not sold at the door.
• Your Stripe payment receipt is your ticket. Show it to the Social Fridays team at the meeting point.
• Tickets are personal; the name given at checkout may be checked against ID.

4. What is included

Your ticket includes: access to 3 venues with the group, one complimentary welcome shot at each bar venue (an alcohol-free alternative is available on request) and free VIP skip-the-line Discotheque access. Any further drinks or services are paid directly to the venues.

5. Age and ID

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Valid photo identification (passport, national ID card or EU driving licence) is required and may be requested by our team or by the venues. No refund is given if entry is denied for lack of valid ID.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

• Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel the event.
• You may move your booking to another Friday of the same season by emailing us at least 24 hours before your original event date, subject to availability.
• If we cancel an event (for example due to severe weather or venue closure) you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

7. Conduct and safety

Social Fridays is a friendly, respectful and inclusive space. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, aggression or excessive intoxication. Our team and the venues may refuse entry or remove any participant who breaches these standards, without refund. You are responsible for your own belongings and for drinking responsibly. Please respect neighbours and the city when moving between venues.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Spanish law, the Organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage occurring inside third-party venues, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Participation is at your own risk.

9. Photography

Photos and short videos may be taken during the event for our social media and marketing. If you prefer not to appear, just tell a Party Leader on the night and we will respect it.

10. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your statement will show a charge from the Organisers' Stripe account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers resident in the EU also benefit from mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Courts of Seville, Spain, have jurisdiction where permitted.
